Clifford "Cliff" Jacobs appeared in The Time of My Life and was Clare's prom date. He is portrayed by Aidan Greene.

In The Time of My Life, Clare meets Cliff while out shopping with Alli and Jenna when Cliff overhears Alli say the best way to get revenge (on Eli) is dressing great and agrees. Clare asks him if they know each other and Cliff reminds her that he's in her history class. She's embarrassed and he says he'll see her around. A little bit after he walks off and Clare gets fed up with Alli and Jenna persistently talking about Eli, Clare catches up with him and asks him to prom. When he goes to pick up Clare from her house, he meets Eli Goldsworthy, who is trying to win Clare over by the big romantic gesture of getting her a horse and carriage. Eli asks who he is, and he says Clare's prom date. Cliff asks him back and Eli responds that he's her soulmate. Clare takes Cliff to prom and as they dance, she confesses her dreams she had with Eli to him, such as living together in New York. Cliff calls his gestures romantic. Clare says that maybe he should date him and Cliff responds "I wish." Clare realizes Cliff is gay and Cliff urges her to go make up with Eli, which Clare does.
