Duncan Waugh portrayed Arthur Kobalewscuy in Degrassi Junior High and Degrassi High. He is the elder brother of Annabelle Waugh. Other than appearing as a student in Mr. T's t.v. show T and T, he has done no other acting, beside his perfomance on Degrassi. He attended George Brown College from 2012 to 2014, where he graduated from the Social Service Worker program.
