Breann is the daughter of Dawn, the sister of Josh, and the half-sister of Holly J. Sinclair. Their names are mentioned when Dawn tells them to eat their muffins at The Dot. She is assumed to be 5 or 6 and could possibly be a fraternal twin to Josh.
