Gretchen Helbig is a Canadian actress who portrayed Mrs. Jeremiah in Degrassi Junior High, Degrassi High, and School's Out!. She continues to act, appearing in films such as Saw II. She is also a music teacher. One of her former students is Gabi Epstein, the elder sister of Jake Epstein.
