Mrs. Cohen was a science teacher at Degrassi Community School and head of the Science Olympics at one point. She was portrayed by Jane Sowerby.

Season 11[]
In Need You Now (2), Mrs. Cohen asks K.C. for his assignment. She later calls him to the side and informs him that he was the only one in the entire class to get one of the questions correct.
Season 12[]
In Come As You Are (2), Mrs. Cohen calls up the students to get the chemicals.
In Never Ever (1), she walks into class and trusts everyone already read their assignment, and tells them to partner up for their projects.
In Never Ever (2), she asks everyone to turn in their projects, and Katie is the first to turn it in.
In Sabotage (1), Mrs. Cohen is teaching her class about covalent bonding when Drew sneaks in to speak to Bianca and Owen. When she notices him, she kicks him out.
In Scream (1), she groups Adam and Becky together. When Becky asks to be in a different group, Mrs. Cohen tells her that even if they don't get along, they can still come up with a good presentation, and assigns global warming to them.
Season 13[]
In Power to the People, she judges Alli and Dallas's project for the science fair.
