Rhonda Patterson was the lawyer who represented Luke Baker and Neil Martin in Rivas v. Baker and Martin.
Character History[]
Season 13[]
In Believe (1), she talks to the Baker family and tells them that she had the evidence of the videos removed from the case. She advises Becky Baker on how to speak during the trial. During the trial, she manages to manipulate the case to make it seem that Zoë Rivas was blaming Luke and Neil for assaulting her because she didn't want to seem promiscuous.
In Believe (2), she is seen asking Winston Chu questions about the party that night. She then questions Becky about the videos and brings up the possibility of Zoë consenting before it was filmed. Becky says it's possible, but chooses to defend Zoë, and tells Rhonda she didn't because Luke said so.
Trivia[]
- During the trial, she managed to get the videos of Luke taking advantage of Zoë expunged as evidence because they were obtained without a warrant.
