The Boiler Room is located in the basement of Degrassi Community School. The few times that it has been shown, Drew Torres has usually been involved.

Degrassi Junior High (Season 3)[]
In Bye-Bye Junior High, Scooter and Tessa were seen playing tag in the hallway. When they smelled smoke coming from the boiler room, they opened the door and saw a fire ablaze and ran to the dance telling the other students. Later the fire spread throughout the school causing it to burn down.
Season 4[]
In Queen of Hearts, Marco, Alex, Craig, Jimmy and Ellie were about to play poker in the boiler room only to find out it was locked. Later in the episode Paige and Matt were seen in the boiler room having a romantic moment.
In Goin' Down the Road (2), Craig Manning lived there for several days while off of his bipolar medication so that he can write music for Jay and Silent Bob Go Canadian, Eh!
Season 10[]
In All Falls Down (1), Drew Torres gets a blowjob from Bianca DeSousa in the Boiler Room.
In All Falls Down (2), Alli Bhandari nearly performs sexual acts on Owen Milligan for $50 to make Drew jealous.
