The Hollingsworth Mansion is a private residence owned by the Hollingsworth family. It contains several areas such as Miles, Frankie, and Hunter's bed rooms, as well as several guest rooms, a home office for Mr. Hollingsworth, and a patio with a pool. Miles has known to throw notable parties at this mansion and acts as an occasional hang out for the teens.

In Basket Case, Miles tells Winston they are going to be throwing the party at the mansion. Winston warns him how his father will be furious upon finding out and Miles says his dad is cheating on his mother, so he doesn't care what he thinks. Winston then begins to send messages out, but Miles says they need to take care of Drew first. After a drunken Miles and a drunken Zoë start talking about their problems which leads to an almost kiss between the two, but are stopped by Winston. Zoë passes out before Miles and Winston decide to take her to the pool house to sober up. This is where Zoë was sexually assaulted by Luke Baker and Neil Martin.
