Tony Sciara portrayed Mr. Del Rossi. Tony caught the acting bug at an early age when he performed in a stage production of A Christmas Carol at the tender age of six, after which he was hooked. Since that day Tony has been involved in community theatres and after graduating college, made the leap into professional theatre, where he learned and worked every position from writing, producing, directing to building lighting and sound design.
As a stand-up comic, Tony's innate ability to "make 'em laugh" and his quick wit has given him the opportunity to open for such acts as the late Donald O'Connor, Pat Boone and Al Martino, just to name a few, and has ensured success with his face and voice gaining prominent exposure in the industry. Some years later, Tony became involved in acting for film and television where he instantly made a name for himself by appearing in numerous popular commercials, television dramas and films. Some of Tony's recent on screen appearances include: 16 Blocks, Degrassi- The Next Generation, Soul Food & Eloise at the Waldorf. Tony Sciara then tried his hand at writing, which came very naturally to him, his work had been produced and he has a television series, In The Family currently in development with a major Canadian distribution company. However Tony's talent doesn't stop there- he currently heads a twelve-piece orchestra, Twelve For Swing who were the opening act for the Burlington Jazz and Blues Festival 2008. Tony gigs regularly and his smooth voice is often compared to that of the late great Frank Sinatra.
