Delia heads over to the door and opens it
Delia: Oh hey
Kaylin: Hey, wasn't expecting you to answer
Delia: Who were you expecting? The tooth fairy?
Kaylin: I just mean, after the other day, I wasn't sure if you would actually answer
Delia: What do you want?
Kaylin: I uh, I think I left my cell here the other day
Delia: The only cell that's here is Tori's girlfriend's
Kaylin: Uh- I- Oh I must have left it somewhere else then
Delia: I can call it, see if it is here. Our couch has a habit of hiding things
Kaylin: No it's uh fine, I'll-
Delia: Look it will take 30 seconds
Delia starts calling
Delia: See! It's here somewhere
Kaylin looks nervous
Delia: It's in the kitchen for some reason....hang onnnnnnn
Kaylin: Delia....
Delia: Found it! Y'know this looks just like Tori's girlfriend's
Delia looks at Kaylin, who looks away
Delia: You have got to be kidding me

Delia: Let me fill you in. That BITCH has been dating the two of us. She's been lying about everything, look at her cell, it's filled with messages to you, to me, even to Kieran
Delia hands the cell to Tori who starts going through it
Tori: I can't believe it...
Delia: She told you her name was Liliana? She told me it was Zoe
Tori: What is wrong with you Liliana?
Kaylin: I'm so so sorry
Delia: It's not good enough
Tori: Get out
Kaylin: Please let me explain
Tori: GET OUT
Delia walks over to Kaylin and punches her square in the jaw
Delia: You heard her, now fuck off
Kaylin starts to walk away
Tori: Liliana wait
Kaylin turns around, Tori walks over to her
Tori: I just need to say...
Tori punches Kaylin
Tori: All better. Bye bye
Kaylin runs off, holding the side if her face, crying
Tori: Oh she left her cell
Delia: Shame, I'll just leave it outside the door for her
Delia throws the cell out into the corridor
Delia: Nice punch by the way
Tori: Thanks, you too
Delia: I had to put these muscles to use somehow
October 2024. Tokuko Elementary
Reporter: Today, the 27 year old male on trial with grooming charges was found guilty on all counts. It comes after a long trial with a significant break in-between due to the defendants mental health. The man slumped to the floor as the jury delivered their verdict and had to be escorted out by guards as his crying became uncontrollable. The sentencing will be held next week but it is expected that the judge will pass a sentence of around 10 years
Michi: You're still here?
Lizzy: I just wanted to finish up some marking before I left. I put the radio on for some music but all I get is this depressing shit about Michael Jackson wannabes
Michi: You are a real character aren't you?
Michi laughs
Lizzy: What can I do for you anyway?
Michi: I just wanted to let you know that Kieran officially resigned this morning
Lizzy: He what?
Michi: He's not coming back
Lizzy: B-but his class, his job, I mean-
Michi: Alex is going to cover his class for the rest of the year and I'm stepping up as head of department for now
Lizzy: I don't understand why he never said anything
Michi: You are very rude to him
Lizzy: Please, that's our whole dynamic. It's been that way for 12 years
Michi: Maybe it was too much after all this time?
Lizzy: I told him to always come to me if there was a problem, we agreed on that back in high school. We've been through so much together
Michi: It can be like that sometimes. The ones we know the best, are the ones that struggle to open up to us
Lizzy: I'm gonna text my friend Yazzy, she's literally about to knock on his door, so if I tell her he quit, maybe she can get through to him
Michi: Why don't you go visit him?
Lizzy: I only abuse him, I'm not always his best support. Besides Yazzy's there, she'll probably get through to him

Kieran: What did you want to talk to me about then? It's taken 3 days to get ahold of you
Kaylin: I'm sorry, things have been a bit much lately
Kieran: Yeah tell me about it
Kieran puts a hand across his ribs, holding the most recent addition. Kaylin is unaware of the injuries

Kaylin: I liked the attention, people flirted with me, made me feel special, and I couldn't say no

Reporter: Finally, the 27 year old male found guilty last week of grooming charges was sentenced to 12 years in jail. The judge described the defendant as remorseless, more concerned about his own image rather than the impact his actions had on his victims. The defendant will be transferred to Hanabu Medium Security Prison where he will serve out his sentence
Tori: Damn, it finally happened
Delia: So..

Tori: I guess I'll just carry on as normal

Lizzy: Ugh back here again
Lizzy makes her way out of the train station, the sun is beginning to set and there's a definite chill in the air
Lizzy: It's too cold for this shit
Lizzy goes to the hotel that Yazzy told her Kieran was at. She gets herself a key to his room by using her powers of persuasion and goes straight in. The room is empty and dark. She flicks the light on
Lizzy: What the fuck
The room is a mess. Papers everywhere, empty beer cans, bandages and opened boxes. She walks over to the bed and sees a certificate. It's a death certificate, for his mother
Lizzy: Oh no, you idiot why didn't you say
Lizzy sees records of meetings with lawyers, probate officials, and notices that his dad has been at these meetings. Suddenly, everything clicks into place
Lizzy: Where are you jackass?

Kaylin: He believed every word I said
Voice: Good
